Summer School of Science and Technology in Măgurele.

Between August 19 and September 2, our colleague Alexia participated in the Summer School of Science and Technology in Măgurele. During these two weeks, she took part in several courses taught by professors from the University of Bucharest and other researchers. Also, the team she was a part of got 2nd place for their research project: “Quantum cryptography and lasers”, which they presented in an artistic manner.

After receiving the photos taken by our program that ran on the International Space Station, we carefully analyzed them. The trajectory of the ISS has given us, for the most part, only pictures of the ocean. However, we were able to obtain data related to vegetation health in Australia and the northern United States.
