Promoting FIRST values
Our team wishes to promote FIRST values with every occasion. Last week, we along RavenTech, played a match and presented our activity to students from Spain, Turkey and Bulgaria. They are taking part in an ERASMUS project together with members from our robotics teams.
Dean’s List Award
Brianna, our colleague, is the first Romanian Dean’s List winner! The prize was awarded by Dean Kamen, the founder of FIRST. Dean’s List is an effort to recognize the leadership and dedication of students from the FIRST program. Brianna is truly the embodiment of these values and we are really proud of her! “Anton Saimac” Contest
Today we participated in the “Anton Saimac” competition organized by Universitatea Politehnică din Timișoara and Faculatea de Inginerie from Hunedoara. Team members together with members from RavenTech Hd participated with seven projects in three sections of the competition. Nationals
This weekend, our team competed in the BRD FIRST Tech Challenge Romania contest. Our colleague, Brianna, was invited to the world championship in Houston because she is a Dean’s List finalist. Spring Robotics Games
Our team participated successfully at Spring Robotics Games, an event organized in Timișoara. We are happy that we could meet again with our friends in physical format!
